MAPFS-Grid: A Flexible Architecture for Data-Intensive Grid Applications

چکیده

Grid computing constitutes one of the most important computing paradigms appeared in the last decade. Data grids are grid system, whosemain concern is the efficient and reliablemanagement of data. These systems have had a growing interest due to the increasing number of applications using a huge amount of data, known as data-intensive applications. They present problems related to both grid systems and I/O systems. This paper describes MAPFS-Grid, a flexible and highperformance platform for data grid applications.
